Needed a new project

I've been lurking and reading a lot over the last few months.
After several months of searching, tracking every bus that matched my criteria within 1500 miles.

With 4 kids and 2 large dogs, I was looking for:

1. 40' Diesel Pusher (Cummins 8.3 or DT466/530)
2. 3000 Series Allison Transmission
3. 75+ inches of headroom
4. Underbus storage

Finally worked an acceptable deal for a 1995 Blue Bird All-American. Ticked all of my boxes. Took longer to get due to logistics, but I finally flew down and picked it up in late July. I'm well into the conversion now, and will start a conversion thread, but thought I'd start here.
