The 1993 AmTrans appears to be a WA spe'c bus.
It also appears to be at the Libby, MT Harlows location.
With those two facts I would suggest the odds of it having any rust are slim to none.
Shipping can be done but it costs about $3.00 per mile and if it breaks down along the way you will be on the hook for all of the driver's expenses in addition to any repairs.
The 2004 IC RE appears to be at the Kankakee, IL Midwest Transit location. I would suggest just from seeing the floor in the driver's compartment that there is some rust on that bus. Since there doesn't appear to be any rust through in the body it may not be bad. Midwest has a vendor that can completely clean the underside of the bus and re-spray the bottom for very reasonable prices.
