New from northern MN

we just bought our bus. It is a 38' FE Thomas Built with a C7 engine. We are really excited about going on this journey of converting our bus. All but 2 of the seats have been removed so that is plus. Cant wait to learn from everyone.

Greetings. We spend the summers in the twin cities, then come back down to south Louisiana for the winter. This will be the third year we take the bus up. I'm in the middle of an engine rebuild,so as soon as I'm done and tested, I'm heading up there again!

Have any plans yet?

In most cases, 2 months is not a reasonable timeframe to complete even a minimal conversion. Not saying it can't be done, but most people here will tell you it always takes much longer than you think. Just make sure not to put yourself in a position where failing to have it done by 'X' date puts your back up against the wall.

I really think it can be done. I am a construction worker/welder-fabricator and the hubby is an electrician. So I dont see why it cant be done

I was waiting,
really I was hoping,
for more sanity around here......

Welcome to the Insane Asylum, rizzboots

Please tell us, what are you going to do with that bus? Toy hauler, camp cabin, retired travel, live in mom's backyard...

Why'd you buy a bus?

After five posts, you can upload some pictures. Show off your stuff.
