New here and pretty clueless

Hello experts!

I recently purchased a stripped 2000 Ford E-450 Super Duty Cutaway and had it built out for a mobile business. It is a 7.3L V8 Diesel, I think maybe 22' or 24' long. The previous owner did a good job of replacing most of the important stuff but I would rest easier having a plan should she break down. AAA won't cover her (because she's not classified as an RV and has 6 wheels so not a truck), nor will my insurance. (I've only taken her out a handful of times so far and I still need to become familiar with all the sounds I'm hearing! )

So my question: What do you do if your bus breaks down? Would a regular tow truck be able to assist, or would it require a big truck tow truck? Is there another service like AAA that I haven't found?

I'm also curious about a service schedule. Is it anything similar to what is needed for my car? I've not had much luck finding a lot of info on this make/model. She has about 97,000 miles and I am in the central FL area if that matters.

I would genuinely appreciate any info, insights or heads up into what I can look forward to in my new venture.
