New kid on the block from NC

Whatís up everyone! My name is Trevor and I currently live in locust, NC outside of Charlotte! I just got my first bus and Iím STOKED to get started. I have a 1998 Thomas bus with a cat 3126 diesel motor . I have just recently finished a good chunk of the interior demo . Iíve still got to get some things taken care of at the DMV (kill me) before I can start rip out the last bench seat and finish ripping out the interior. If anyone is in NC and could share some tips with the dmv or first steps please let me know! Canít wait to learn from you all and happy skoolín

i have 2 buses registered with NC DMV and they had no issues with giving me bus title and tags.
just had to change insurance this year because nationwide didnt want to cover them but my local nationwide agent got me a policy through progressive commercial as a bus for personal use for about the same price i was paying.

I live south of Charlotte, in SC, just across the border in Rock Hill. We're practically neighbors. If you want to see another bus close up, let me know. Mine is still in the middle of conversion, but can give you a close up view of it stripped.

I made a video on youtube about the process of titling and insuring as a "house car" in NC and I have an agent that told me it's fine to refer him somewhere in a post here in the forum
