New member from the sticks in Wisconsin

Hello from way up North by the UP.

Always wanted an RV or to do a bus, but my wife is handicapped with many limitations and nothing looked like it would work.

Found some buses on purplewave and won one today, so now my journey begins.

2001 Gillig Low Floor. It is already handicap accessible and has enough room for a hospital bed, lift ext. Most of Gillig mechanicals look like semi-truck stuff which I can handle.

Anyway, a couple weeks to get her home and then more to follow.

Congrats, way to go. I had similar reasons when i bought our low floor bus. Now I would want to miss it because the headroom makes it very pleasurable to live in. Yours might be 6" wider and that makes it even better.
