Hey there guys.

I'm Mel. I'm just getting into skoolies. And would love to learn all I can as I plan to convert a bus.

I'll tell you a bit about myself. I love to draw and sing. I love to go out on adventures and generally love the outdoors.

I've been thinking about converting a bus for a long time. Ive been feeling trapped lately and I feel this would give me the freedom I need.

That's about all for now. Thanks for reading.

Welcome, I used to run the karaoke at a local bar on weekends, really enjoyed it and did a lot of singing also. I am just getting going on my conversion now, I have most of my large components and am just finishing the prep to build stage. It's starting to look like a project. Keep us up on your build when you start.

Welcome, Mel!

What part of Florida?

The work of conversion can be daunting, but do not let that stop you. The rewards are much greater.

Thanks for the welcome!

I'm in the fort lauderdale area. I live in an apt and I don't think they'd let me park a bus here so the location of the conversion will likely be more north west fl.

Perhaps you can become friends with a local farmer with a barn or equipment "carport".
We are in the process of moving to the Cocoa area.
