New Shorty on the Block

Hi y'all! Excited to say that I've joined to skoolie community with my purchase of a 2009 4 window Chevy Micro Bird with the 6.6L V8. It's got 123k on it and was used as the most stereotypical use for a short bus. Now, it needs some work =]...Like new fuel cooler, power steering cooler, glow plugs, turbo intake hose, dxing a parasitic drain, and treating frame rust. I'm hoping I got get some help and inspiration from some of y'all here =]]

Cheers! Will post pics =]

Here’s a few pics to get us started. Took out three rows of seats which leaves me with 124” of interior length behind up to steps and 89” width. The fleet maintenance on this bus wasn’t A-1, I had to grind off about half the bolts. Next step is to demo the walls and ceiling and replace plywood. I’m thinking marine grade plywood is probably best choice? Can anyone confirm?

Welp, just one pic for now. It keeps inverting them.

So, did it have three or four rows?

The seats are the easy part.
