New Skoolie Builder

Hello all, I know I rarely post but this is something that I'm feeling strongly called to do. I caught the tiny house bug years ago and love everything about it, the sustainability, humility, and endless craftsman style possibilities. School bus conversions specifically are the ultimate upcycle, as they are often stripped for parts after being "retired". My dream is to someday build tiny houses and perform bus conversions full time, while also working in charitable donations of housing to those in need. I have been fortunate enough in the past to have worked on a few tiny houses and now am attempting to fund my first solo project, a bus conversion or "Skoolie". This will be an invaluable learning experience for me, and the first step towards my future business. The finished bus can also serve as a model home, displaying my skill set to future clients. Thank you for taking the time to read all of this..... [mod edit to remove fundraising link]

Mod note: we removed the link to crowdsourced funding in this thread as it runs afoul of the site rules. Sounds like a cool project - post some updates when you have a chance
