Sorry, but I dont know of any pro builders.... but.... building out a boat is very much like building a bus...

look for boat outfitters, you are right on the great lakes... I figure that has got to be ship/boat builders in the area....

if taking an american bus to the EU, make sure you have plans in place for how to repair it and make it legal on their roads, the EU is even more aggressive than california on diesel emissions, definitely research what is required for import before having a build done..
