New Skoolie Project in Pa

Hello everyone, going to pick up my first bus this wedsday! Its a 97 ford b700 with a 5.9 auto, gvwr 26500 with air brakes. Kinda in between a short bus and a full size, it was listed as 48 passenger and has 8 windows down the side. Been looking for a while and this fit the bill perfectly, except its over CDL and I don't have one. In pa you have to install a list of 4 items that then qualifies it as on rv and then pass it through a enhanced inspection. Once its an Rv we should be good without a CDL. Pretty excited about this project and hope to have it on the road and ready to go next spring. Ill definitely be posting the build on this forum and hope to here from those with some more experience.
