New to Skokie Sd

Can you share some of the things on your research wish list? Dog nosed or flat front? Front Engine or Rear? 40-footer or shorter? Will you do a roof raise...IOW, do you need to find a "high roof" model or will you be raising it, so ceiling height doesn't matter?

There is a good primer on here by a member Cheese_Wagon, that gives many great pointers to consider when in the planning stages. It is also good for when you find a bus and are ready to drive it "home".

The main things to look for are good mechanicals, engine & transmission, and little to no chassis rust.

Flat front, Engine in Rear 40-footer would be nice, we have been thinking a roof raise with that said we have just began the process of pulling our ideas together pros/cons,
wants/needs and so on. been watching a lot of videos
