Newbie- and question

Hello everyone,
I am really excited about my journey in my new Skoolie that I pick up this Friday. I’m buying it from a private company and it’s already registered as an RV in Las Vegas. I just called Good Sams so that I could get it insured and they said nobody will insure me if I’m a full timer and nobody will insure me if it has a roof deck which it does. Any help is appreciated-I will also look for the insurance form that you hopefully have on this page and put this question out there also thanks so much stay safe

Does it have a roof "Deck"? Or could it really be a roof "Rack"//Like where you might carry a kayak or something???

I don't know if this is true of all Allstate agents, but for my RV policy I had to send them pictures of my bus. I also asked my agent whether a roof deck or a wood stove would disqualify, and she said absolutely no roof decks or wood stoves allowed.

I continue to not understand why so many skoolies have wood stoves and roof decks.
