Smile Newbie- searching for a Manual

I just bought a 2001 Chevy Express Cutaway Shuttle Bus with a 6.5l turbo diesel engine. I have found the owner's manual online, but it is for gas engine only. I have contacted GM and vehicle manual printers and still have not found anything for the 6.5L turbo diesel. The prior owner sort of converted it to an RV. I am going to gut it and make it my own. My son is a mechanic and worked on diesel engines while he was in the Marines. Tomorrow I take possession and hope to get title transferred to me, too. Then we are going to start removing stuff. I look forward to reading all the forums here. Wish me luck.

diesel supplement manual

The original owner's manual package would have included this, because you have a commercial cutaway chassis with diesel. I found one for you. https://www.ebay.com/itm/2001-GMC-CH...8AAOSwJQtaqZcw

Thanks

Thanks. I ordered it. Next I am on a search for a maintenance/repair manual for the turbo diesel. My son confirmed they had them while he was in the Marines.

follow up to suggestions

I ordered that Haynes manual. I will see if it contains what I am looking for.

I had already contacted Helm. They don't carry anything on turbo diesel (2001 Chevy Express 6.5L engine). When I go to their website, I only find the owner's manual. I already have a digital copy of that.

Update: I contacted REV the company who does the Eldorado bus parts to ask if they had wiring diagrams for the inside lights and ac. It took 2 days (the weekend). She emailed me the information with great diagrams.

I should receive the diesel supplemental within 2 weeks. I am so eager to get this project started.

I was going to just use a porta-potty, but my son suggested installing a wet room where I can use the toilet or take a shower. He says he will install it; I just have to find it. I am having problems understanding how it works. Can I go to a store somewhere to see how they work? Or is there a video that will show this?

Google "Wet Room" for examples. They are not store bought, but commonly built.
I like the space savings in the toilet tank top sink. A wet room is all 3, sink, shoer, and toilet in the same stall, so you can sh*t, shower and shave all at the same time.

That's exactly what I was looking for. So far I have just found pictures, not sales info. I will try again. Thank you.

Do the Google search like I said and go to images, there are tons of them. If you see something you like go to the right and click on "Visit" and it will take you to the site in question. There are some prefab wet rooms out there. Like this one from Winnebago

The Winnebago unit is perfect. Online it doesn't appear to be offered as an item you can buy on its own. On Monday I will call (no email listed) to confirm if it is available as diy. I found another one that is a kit made by Magnum in the UK. I haven't found it offered in the US yet. I am not giving up, but I am going to quit looking for tonight.
