No from what can be seen that rust will not be hard to deal with.
That's a nice looking start.
What's the story on the sale? Did they indicate why they are selling after just doing demo?

As long as its not rusted/rotted through the floorpan, and it runs and drives well, it is a bargain in today's marketplace.
Especially since a lot of the dirty work has already been done in removing the seats and basic interior construction started.

Probably a used or junkyard engine was installed if there is no paperwork.
Nothing inherently wrong with a used engine, however you just don't know how many miles are truly on it, or how well it was maintained over its lifetime.
