No bus, but curious :)

Hello Everyone

I was cruising youtube one day and came across my first bus conversation and ever since then, it's all I can think about. I've been watching every skoolie video and reading as many blogs as I can, and today I joined this forum

Not unlike many of the people in the videos I've watched, my husband and I are paying a lot in rent and slowly creeping into bigger and bigger debt. No matter what we do, we can't seem to get ahead. We've found ourselves in this in between place, where we want to travel, but we also want to have our own place. So seeing my first skoolie video, I fell in love. Something just seemed to click.

I am an author and artist and my husband is a carpenter. He has also worked on many home renos, so we feel fairly confident in that respect when it comes to thoughts on doing a conversation, however we have so much to learn when it comes to electrical, compost toilets, and many other things.

So I'm here to learn and to decide if this lifestyle choice is the one for us

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and I'm looking forward to getting to know you all ^_^

Jump in and read up. Sounds like you guys have a great set of portable skills. Just take your time and see if the gypsy life might work or not.

Welcome to the madness!
