Ready or not, hitting the road.

I've been browsing posts for a while developing plans and dreams. I've committed to a Skoolie conversion and am in the process of converting a 2002 Thomas / Freightliner bus to a livable portable home.

I left my former former job, sold my house and am living in my daughter's basement while the bus transformation is in progress.

Hope to see some of you on the road soon!

First road trip was to a bluegrass festival in southern Colorado, then to Los Angeles for a quick visit with my daughter & back to Denver. That trip inspired me to spend much more time in Southern Colorado. But my short list.....

Gulf Coast
Northwest (perhaps to Alaska)
A family tour through MidWest to New York

So many excellent options. I'll need a good boondock reference to know where to stay along the way.
