ready to take those first steps

hey there, im to the site, im currently stationed in Virginia and getting ready to invest in a bus build..... my only issue is where can i build out a bus while living in an apartment? i feel like i have everything figured out on "how" its just the "where" ill be able to permanently park and build.

My bus is stored 70 miles from where I live. It was the only option to keep the costs down. I try to go every Saturday and occasionally during the week when I can.

Find a small local business with a gravel lot and ask if you can pay them rent for behind the building or something.
