Ok, the one in your pic is a Bluebird. Its on an international chassis.
Low headroom model.
Find out what transmission, engine, and rear end its got.
Internationals are great, and if its a mechanical 466 you definitely did good.
If its a 6.9 with a 6.50 rear and 545 tranny, I'd try to move on.
How old are the tires?

I believe it's a 4 speed trans. And since it's a 1992 it doesn't have the T444e so I did research and it showed that them 1992 models had a IHC 7.3 engine

That's not a lot of engine for a full size bus.
Find out what the rear axle ratio is, that will tell you if its a 45 mph bus or a 55 mph bus.

A diesel shop shouldn't have sold you a bus that had been overheated numerous times and also had a bad oil leak. They had to know you wouldn't make it home with 102.
I'd definitely try to get them to switch up for 101 unless it has similar problems. That overheated engine isn't what you want.
From what I understand you're only out $200 so far? I'd take the bus back to the shop and park it right in their way at the shop. Try to get 101, and if they won't do that back out of the deal on 102 completely and give it back to them.
This isn't starting well.

Ok, no worries man. You know how these internets are. Conversations get a lil confusing sometimes!
Keep us posted. We love helping folks find that "right" bus.
