Seeking AC removal advice

Hey All, we just picked up a 2010 international short bus (Maxxforce 7) with a wheelchair lift in the front. We began our demolition to convert this bus into a coffee truck. We will be removing the rear A/C unit, which is mounted inside the rear wall of the bus.

We are hoping for some advice about removing this unit. Mainly, what are the steps to make it go as smoothly as possible? Has anyone removed this type of A/C before? I will be installing a mini split A/C and plan to mount the vent on this rear wall.

Secondly, we are hoping for some advice with removing the wheelchair lift. What are the steps to help it go smoothly? Also, I'd like to sell it if possible, it's in perfect working condition! Has anyone had success selling these? If so, where is a good place to list it?
