Not to urinate in your corn flales, but what is your budget?
Pre-demo'ed bus' don't come cheaply.
And modifying one out to your personal specs is even MORE not cheaply done.
I truly wish y'all well, but be certain there's some water in the quarry before you take that headlong plunge...

Just be certain to have a contingency fund in place.
Again, not being a nay-sayer.
Just a realist who has no desire to be interminably dry-docked in Camel's Toe, KS...

You might be in luck!

Hello! My husband are currently driving our Skoolie west, hoping to settle in or around Eugene, OR. We would consider selling our bus for the right price. It’s completely finished, we’ve been living in it full time for a few months.

LOLOLOL. Crickets chirping.

Don't know if you're still looking, but AAA Bus in Phoenix AZ has a service for those that buy buses from them to remove the stop arm, replace front red lights, and remove seats for a very small fee.

Plus they sell excellent buses.
