Skoolie minibus chevyexpress2010

Hi everyone, just bought a Chevrolet express 2010 mini bus to Do a 4 seasons home. When i got IT the right rear flasher and the rear light didnt work. I tested the wires with a test light ans Found out that There is no current passing on the wire. I have the plan of Electric but Still have a hard Time to figure out what is what. Can somebody help me with that problem??? I put pictures of the bus and the wires that are Cut of the panel.

my wifes 2004 express the fuses for lights turn signal brakes are in the underhood fuse box.
there is another fuse box under the seat.
