2003 International CE 300, $3600 on eBay plus $300 to have it delivered from Syracuse to Philly. Not a great deal even without the catastrophic rust, but it does have a DT466e with 30K on it after a rebuild. As a bonus it came with a spoiler that I wasn't even aware of when I bought it. My max bid on it was $6000 so it could have been much worse - fortunately whoever I was bidding against wasn't insane.
