Starting a New Skoolie in Ontario

So I'm looking into starting a new skoolie toy hauler project and was hoping to get some opinions from more seasoned operators.

There's a couple of buses for sale in my area that I have a little info on

the first is a dognose international T444, not sure the transmission in it.

the second is a flat nose with 24 valve cummins and alison T2200 trans.

I'm thinking the flat nose would be better for a toy hauler, it would give me more length for camper & cargo area. If anyone has input I'm all ears

And another question for anyone in Ontario regarding licensing to drive a bus. I've only been able to find that I need a B license to drive a bus, but since this will be classified as an RV would I only need to get my Z for air brakes?

Engine: Cummins ISC (8.3)
Rated Cap: 72
Well the flatnose, assuming that it is front engine (FE), will have more usable interior space.

The Cummins and Allison 2200 are a good combo. Depending on year and configuration the 2200 is either a 5 speed or 6 speed overdrive transmission. Very favorable.

If the flatnose is rear engine (RE) then it may prove challenging to configure as a toyhauler.

More details regarding age, mileage and condition would be helpful if we are to offer any more specific advice. Also, find out what transmission is in the dognose.
