Wink Starting in SoCal

Hello Skoolie world!!!!

I'm just starting out on this journey and trying to convince my husband to travel full time with our 16 month old daughter, at least for a few years before we figure out what our next adventure is. I didn't realize how much I didn't know especially when it comes to bus and engine types and plumbing but I'm learning!

The bigger issue I'm having is finding a place in Southern California to park and work on the bus when we get it. Currently living in an apartment and parking a car is hard enough here.

I'm excited to explore what everyone else has done with their skoolies and share my adventure.

I'm not too far from you in OC. I have my bus in an RV storage yard that allows me (OK, doesn't stop me) to work on it there - my side of the deal is that I scrupulously and obsessively clean up outside my bus every day I work on it to prevent anyone having any excuse to complain. I've been doing this for about nine years: so far so good.
