Starting our bus in Kansas City

Hey after lurking on here for months while we planned our bus purchase, we finally did it and bought our skoolie, Orrgo the Bus, last week.
It's a 1998 Ford E350 7.3L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel with 104K miles retired from a nearby school district. It's a short bus with a wheelchair lift. We are going to remove the lift after doing some debating so we can really enjoy the double doors. I'm sure we will be posting on here as we work through the demolition and build process. So far the seats are out and the floor is putting up a fight. We are also posting our progress on Instagram @orrgothebus

Very nice, it looks like a high roof, they are pretty rare . We have an E350 1998 as well. Somewhat wish I had a high roof but it was difficult to find a non dually. I am 6ft2 and can sleep transverse, the girardin is slightly wider in the center so you will have a little more space,

Good luck, J

Yeah we lucked out with the headroom in this one, neither of us is very tall either. Have you had any engine issues with yours? I'm not terribly skilled when it comes to engines yet.
