Stuck in Va..!!!

Hi, everyone !! My husband Tim (50 yrs.old) and I ( Juju) (60 yr.young) are looking into buying a Schoolie.. We plan on living in it as we convert it to a home.. We live in Farmvile,Va. And can't really find much information about the fees for doing this and other info...like what has to be in it to get it changed over..It will be parked till its done but We will have to live in it as we work on it (lost our rental home due to massive mold issue's). So if anyone is from good o'l Virginia and can help out that would be wonderful..!!! Thanks so much for your help and time..Looking forward to getting on the road to a better life !!
