Subfloor of my Van is Wood, and Rot from window leaks

I am new to my conversion. I am in the middle of gutting my 2001 Chevy bus, it had 5 windows on one side and 3 plus handicap on the other. As I began to remove wall paneling, the foam insulation was dripping wet, then remove portion of floor, to find rotting wood, then tried to remove part of wood to see what was under it...nothing..no metal subfloor.. I am looking for video, or how to I am a novice with my tools
