The Aarowstream

Hey guys and gals, new to the forum. Fresh to schoolie life but extremely excited. I've done full time living in a old 72 Avion trailer. My ex wife and I went from Washington to western Georgia. Now it's time for me to explore the schoolie side of things. Just bought my first bus it's a 95 international has the detroit turbo and the allison transmission with a hydraulic retarder on it that was done aftermarket by the school district. Has the cold weather package with the double Payne windows as well as the block heater and heated mirrors. Been working on it for a month straight I'm almost ready to hit the road.just finished the paint job what do you guys think. It was my first paintjob that I've attempted. Pretty happy with the outcome.

Wow that is beautiful. I need to do a paint job as soon as I get road worthy and that silver is impressive, would love to see more pics.

It's a very cheap impressive oil based pain that was under 35 dollars a gallon. Its available at most hardware stores. I kept the original black lines to help it pop. I think before I pull anchor my friend is going to do a Washington wildlife mural on it for keeping me thinking about home.

But be forewarned the paint is extremely thin and so I advise a airless house sprayer for coverage and control otherwise it gets out of control quickly I put 3 coats on this guy

I didn't thin the paint at all. It was about a gallon per coat
