The New Guy

Hello everyone. I may be in the wrong site, but I figure I would try. I have a 7 window Freightliner that I am converting into a food truck. I just finished the paint and other small items. All I have to do now is prep the interior to see how I want to set it up. I just need some recommendations for power, propane, plumbing and what not. If there are any Texas folks, hit me up. By the way, anyone need a wheelchair lift before I scrap it?

John

If it's going to be a food truck you will have Health Dept. inspections needed. I would go to them first and check their requirements.
