Tiny Home Big Adventures!

Hi Dudes. My wife (34) and I (41) are buying a school bus in the next few months. The first trip is to Arizona to set up our homestead before we begin the conversion to full time home. We're 8 months happily married and are really looking forward to streamlining our lives and the opportunities a schoolie will present.

Introduce yourselves and tell us your favorite memories your schoolie has given you!

Regards,
Tim & Verity

Hello Tim & Verity
You sound very organized. It will be fun to watch your conversion.

Personally I like how excited kids get when you've got a bus. Hauling bikes, and then later motorcycles and even later moving furniture for their first apartment all with a bus. A bus is like an old pickup truck, except much bigger and covered.

Well ok, I'm the odd man out. I'm registered as a "van," not an RV. Maxi-van? As it turns out I wouldn't be insured at this time if I had titled this vehicle as an RV. Insurance is so confusing.

My kids are gone and this is now my fishing bus, and I've found it easier to just set up a home on wheels.

So what are you looking for? You're moving to a good location for buying a bus. Where are you starting from?
