to buy or not to buy

hi! i’m new to this world and excited to start a conversion. i recently found a 1995 bluebird minibus for 3500 and was wondering if anyone has opinions on it. it’s got an allison transmission and 366 chevy engine. the owner has said it’s mechanically sound, and it has new tires and has a working handicap lift and working lights and ac. i haven’t checked it out in person yet, as it’s a few hours away and i’m just looking for some knowledge. thoughts, advice, opinions?

the 366 is a good medium duty truck engine, not exactly a powerhouse but durable, expect like 5 mpg but it should last a good long time with proper maintenance

it is not related to any of GM's pickup or car engines, was made just for the medium truck market
