We bought a bus.... yuppers

Hi
we just bought a nice big bus
93 Genisis .. 32 ft I think..
we plan on converting it to an RV but right now it is still a bus with some seats as we are removing them as I type.. ok he is ... I am typing

this is a great forum I have been reading it for a few days now and thank all that have posted for the information I have gleaned and enjoy !!!
as we get going I will post pics ... this is a dream of both of ours for years and have often been close to buying the bus but never had just the right one. this one was just the right one..

thanks and HI all !!

1993 genisis big yellow bus

Oh my bad of course I should add details..
it is a big yellow ( for now)
we are in Woodlawn TN which is just over an hour from Nashville TN..
we have wanted a bus for years to convert to an RV and we just could not find the right bus.. we saw some partly converted, some older etc.. we had spent the day looking at a few rv's and just could not see anything we connected with until we drove by this bus by the side of the road ( that was for dramatic interests it was at a car lot) and it just fit !!
the price was right and it is our goal and dream .. so now we start the process.. we will have some aspects done professionally as we are not proficient with electrics or plumbing... then hubby will do interior with building the frame and structures..
I will get more details on the bus as hubby has that info !! thanks for sharing this board

Cummins.

In your signage it says 1993 and cummings. I will save you early on here. Cummins, not Cummings. Easy mistake, and on this site, the people are so cool and chill, you won't get beat up on it. If you said that on pretty much any diesel performance forum, you'd be harrassed for days.... The Folks here are way awesome. It sounds like the bus found you more than you found it.

If its a Genesis, then it wouldn't be a Cummins or a Cummings in it.
