Well

Just Stumbled upon this forum last night. Once did a skoolie when I was 18. Bought an international 72 passengers with 2 friends and we modified it ourselves. You should have seen my mom's face when she saw that bus pull in the driveway. The plan was to modify the bus so we could live in it and travel from the east coast to the West coast.

We never left the province ! but we had a lot of fun with it We painted it like a giant cow (can't remember why!)

I am reading a lot of threads here with a bit of nostalgia

Welcome.

That paint looks cool as hell.

This paint was Tremclad ruts paint applied with a regular roller on a hot day. I know I should have, but I never got around to dismantling the red flashing lights. So can you inagine that even though the bus was painted as a cow, traffic would stop when I would switch the stop lights on !
