Just took delivery of my project, an 86 Thomas Saf-T-Liner, 84 passenger. I rode it home with the bus driver that delivered it for us (I don't have a CDL at this time). He said the engine is strong with lots of pep, but the power steering is going out
My tentative plan is to convert it into a tiny house on wheels, the appliances (besides the range) only 12V with solar panels and a battery bank.
First things first, those seats must go! Most of the work is going to be me alone, my wife has too many knee problems to help out much, so unbolting the seats with someone underneath with a wrench on the nut is a non-starter. So, to Harbor Freight for an angle grinder!
