Looked at one today to buy (probably on Thursday when we see how it runs). It has a big crack in the driver's side windshield. The windshield is made up of 4 sections (a very narrow angled section next to a large section). These appear to be FLAT safety glass. Is this right or am I imagining it?

call your local glass/window supplier, they can tell you exactly what is involved in replacing the windshield, odds are good that if it is sectional and looks flat that it can be cut out of stock safty glass.

Thanks. Will talk to a friend who works at a glass company. Bought the bus.... 40 ft sure is long. Brought it home on narrow back roads (both paved & gravel). Sure is wide too. Sure is filthy as well. Only had to cut one bolt (unable to reach nut) in order to remove the seats.
