1995 International Thomas 3600
Today like most days I was out lookin at stuff.
I went to look at a 1946 Spartan Manor trailer and the seller also has a 1995 International Thomas 3600 he said he would sell me.
Originally a church bus, never a skool bus, therefore it was never yellow and never had any big lights, swing sign or other school bus stuff. Always Turkey Turd Tan in color. 112K miles, 7.3 turbo, automatic, steering, Hydraulic disc brakes, tilt, cruise control, Dual front and rear A/C, heated mirrors and more.
Easily starts in dead cold weather. Runs and drives good with solid brakes, good shifting overdrive transmission, runs 70+ MPH down the road, good matching 19.5 wheels/tires, all lights, wipers, signals and more work properly. A/C needs charged. Seats are all gone already with a couple of built ins for bed and couches already in place. Solid floor. Both windshields and side glass are excellent. Properly working entrance door. Only a small spot of rust at bottom of rear escape door.
I am 6 feet tall and there is still 5-6 more inches of head room with the full factory raised roof. Solid front axle so it does not ride the best HOWEVER the size, low miles, color, condition, never a school bus and other factors make this a very interesting potential purchase.
I can buy the bus for $6,500.
Your thoughts?????
