1995 Thomas Westcoast-ER 8.3L

Hello,
I just picked up a 1995 Thomas Westcoast-ER 8.3L, Looking for some help on a Trailer hitch I can hook up to this to haul a small SUV, also any pictures of the switches on the left side the lettering on mine are worn off.

Also when I go to start it their is a buzzer going off but my 2 emergency doors are closed and back window is closed but it won't start, when I start it from the rear it starts up right away and I can shut it off with key in the front but can't start from the front any suggestions?
