2003 Freightliner- Can I ask some dumb questions?

Hi, new to the skoolie community and I have so many questions. I'd love it if someone would answer them. Just put the number of the question you're answering by your reply.

1. Where is the transmission? I need to find the VIN.
2. Where are the computers located? I want to get them reprogrammed.
3. What helps with pulling out the rubber?
4. I have a plan of how I want the conversion to look but I don't know how to make it work. Could we talk?
4. How do I cut off the back heaters but keep the front heaters?

I have a 2004 Freightliner. I might be able to help with your question about the rear heater removal. I had the Thomas dealership cut short and loop the coolant hoses to the rear heater. I removed the unit itself. You can see both on this video I posted, at about 5:25 into the video.
