2003 Thomas short bus/ what is it worth?

I have a 2003 E350 7.3 with around 165,000 miles. I have stripped the inside to metal, corrosealed the floor, removed sign and lights. The bus runs great, but I have to many projects to finish. So, I was wondering what I should be asking for it? Ballpark anyway.

It's a 4 window. 165,000 miles. Ohio school district. Talked to bus mechanic supervisor and he said all their buses are regularly serviced. I also flew there and drove it back.
