If the Brocolli Bus went on the market at it's market value I'm guessing it would be well north of $100,000 and well worth every cent.
There are a number of rigs our there that are done well and top end which are worth $75,000 plus.
And then there are the run of the mill rigs that most people build
And finally, the bare bones, "hey we've got a 5 gallon bucket for gray water and a another for a toilet" rigs that are probably worth little more (if) scrap value.
