6.9l international questions

I own a 6.9l diesel in my "motor home" and would like to know if many people have had many problems with them, i have 95000 miles on it, not to much i know, hardly broke in,

p.s. : i own a ford powerstroke truck, and i would never trade it for anything, i am hoping the 6.9 is about the same as the 7.3, except for the turbo,

The 6.9/7.3 IDI and the PowerStroke are totally different engines, sharing essentially nothing. However, the 6.9 IDI is pretty tough...we have 588,000 miles on one in a tow truck (1986 F-350) at work. Just keep the right coolant additive in it.
