Anyone know anything about a 73 dodge travco? Was thinking about getting one.

Very cool MH from the day. Good luck finding parts for it. Propabably better to restomod rather than restore it.

Any pictures?

It is an antique, and antique vehicles often need more maintenance, and more knowledge on how to work on it. Parts may or may not be hard to find as well. My driveshaft center bearing gave up recently far from home. No replacement available, decontinued part. A makeshift repair got me home. Once home I searched and did find a new old stock bearing someone had on the shelf.

Would I give up our bus for something newer? No it is a specail bus and suits our needs well. However it does take more work to keep it on the road though.

I just googled it, Oh those are neat. Now you have to buy it... Ok I am a sucker for the old classics.

Ok seriously the engine and trans parts should not be any trouble to get. The 727 is a well made trans with lots of aftermarket support. Brake parts and chassis parts I am not to sure of, but as this is a classic there are certainly clubs/forums etc for this vehicle, best to check with them for about it.
