‘91 Bluebird Question

We have to opportunity to bid (blind bid) on a ‘91 Bluebird its diesel and a 64 passenger “doghouse”. It has been with the local school district and has just “serviced” out. That is about all we know. We have seen the outside and it seems like it’s good condition. Very minor rust/discoloring. Haven’t been able to see inside or know what the mileage is. So my question is what would be a good offer to bid? Any input helps thank you

What do you want a bus for? What's the Dream? How many people, where are you headed, etc.

We need pics and more info on the bus before giving price, but not much $ would I pay based on what I know thus far- $1000 maybe?

Hopefully in the next week we can get more info. My guess is it has some higher mileage just based on what it was used for. It’s been a little difficult to get info on other than knowing it’s been properly maintained and inspected for school use.

We are a family of 5 looking for a “starter” bus. We want to use it for camping and maybe a little RVing to further places. We’re not looking to live in it but may use it as a guest house on our property.

RV for 5, so 35' or so. Are you tall people?

Ok, now what State/area is the property located? Alaska is much different than Tucson.

We are in Eastern Wa

The bus says 79k miles and as far as the mechanic can tell this is true but no way of knowing what the actual mileage is. Had a chance to go for a ride in it and seemed to drive perfectly fine. Tried to load pictures but not loading for some reason. A little corrosion on the fairly new looking batteries.
