Coachwork: In the market
I love cheesy movies and this was the cheesiest! The movie predated Airplane! but didn't enjoy the same success as a parody/spoof of the then-popular disaster epic genre. The rig was actually two International truck frames, each could be driven independently, then set designers and engineers were simply told to build an outlandish exterior set piece. No doubt in light of the movie's lackluster performance coupled with the fact that no car collector of that era would have had the resources to commit to retaining such a monstrosity it no doubt was stripped back down and the truck frames probably sold where they spent the rest of their lives as garbage trucks or something. It's not like this thing had the mystique of Knight Rider or the General Lee.

I'm not into energy systems that create waste which has a half life longer than recorded human history.
