All the things to know/ask/check before buying?

Looking at this bus for a Skoolie. It's not the engine we know but everything else is spot on. Pros/cons?

Specs:
2004 Thomas International
CAT C7 Diesel with Allison Transmission
184,000 miles
Runs perfectly!
3 emergency doors, 2 emergency hatches, plus the main door.
6'5" internal standing height.
30ft bumper to bumper

What I've done:
**Gutted the inside, which is a lot on a handicap bus!
**Applied rust treatment to a couple spots that needed it but she was overall pretty rust free as you can see from the demo photos
**removed the back heater
**reran coolant lines, flushed system, and put brand new coolant directly from CAT in.

Cool features:
**No Rivets!!! The ceiling and wall panels are Philips head screws and come right out
**I have already tested the panels and removed them to check for rust and leaks, but the ceiling and current insulation are very clean.
** All windows & hatched close properly and there are no leaks


They sent us a video of it running and all around the bus. What else should we ask/look for/etc?

The links in my sig should help, particularly the safety inspection. Ask for fluid analysis on oil, coolant and trans fluid, unless freshly changed, then ask if the old stuff is still available for samples.
