I have never seen an RV roof vent of that size.

I have seen skylights intended for residential use that crank open in a similar manner to RV roof vents.

How about just using a double pane RV window? They can be had/made in any size.

I would think that you would have to use a fixed window. Otherwise it would probably leak.

Check out boat hatches. They come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes.

My thoughts as well. I'm putting in several skylights but I need a vent in the bathroom and I want it where that exit home is.
