I have painted things as high as that.
Bridges, port cranes, buildings... Height doesn't bother me.

Height is like the strongest coffee you've ever had. While working in tunnel construction we had to be lowered and raised about 300' when coming and going to work. It wakes you up even after a 15 hour day.

Nope. Nope. Not for me. Hell no. Just watching that makes me feel a little sick. Skip to about the 6:30 mark if you just want to see the maximum pucker factor.

That's clench factor. It's like pucker, but more of a steely grip.
Once you're above 300 feet it really doesn't matter, but I'm pretty sure they carry extra shorts anyway.
I think it would be worse going down than up.

Oh it definitely matters. If you slip, it makes a big difference in how many loved ones you have time to call and say goodbye to.

Funny...I hate heights...but have been an aerobatic pilot for years. Seems as long as I have a seat right under my a$$...I don't feel like I'm up that high. Meanwhile...I won't go near a ledge and FORGET about getting me on a roller coaster!

A good bar stool is as elevated as I care to get. I'll work on that when I have to paint the roof of a bus. I will, however, carry a few cold one up with me to relax the nerves. (ha ha)

Work on canes for a while now.
I literally have to rock the scissors lift or genie booms to remind me I am up in the air.
Or climb rails or walk rails.
By the way the guy free climbing got his butt in trouble.
He broke so many osha regs it wasn't even funny. But he is right sometimes it is safer then some of the regulations you have to follow.

I think it's a pretty cool thing when you find something that actually scares you. That's why old age is so boring, not enough adrenalyn.

I loved to do spins and stalls
Never made it far enough to do aerobatics but rode a scitaborea on a number of occasions. Had several friends certified.
I did fly the snowball route a few years ago

My favorites were Hammerheads with a half turn and Cuban 8's. But, Debbie Rihn (my instructor here) created a new version of a Hammerhead she called a Wifferdill. A similar turning maneuver has been done by others but not at the top of a Hammerhead. Instead of a simple 180 degree rotation at the top...she could do a full 540 degree rotation...like a vertical cartwheel...in place...then drop straight back down. Really bizarre maneuver that only a couple of folks have replicated.
NOTE: I am NOT one of them. Takes mucho HP and torque to pull off but looks reeeaaallly cool.

3 seconds later were in normal flight.
I still don't know how to do one.
Never could afford to fly let alone do aerobatics.
Racing and ralling is much cheaper.
