Are all handicap accessible buses high top??

Looking at another bus and I just want to verify the ceiling height. It's a 2000 Blue Bird wheelchair accessible bus - what's the ceiling height?? I'm confused because the drivers window and the passenger windows are flush.

Also, this is a 40' bus, correct? I've looked at so many buses my eyes are crossing.

It'll be 6'2-3", low ceiling.
