Pretty, I love those bug feeler side mirrors. Looks pretty clean except for that rust around the base of the driver's seat. I get the impression that bus manufacturers took a look at the seat on its raised pedestal and realized that it couldn't possibly rust that way, so they put in a little flat piece of metal under the pedals that allows the water leaking in through the front window to flow across the seat base. Because what's so bad about the driver's seat rusting?

Nice bus. Those safety liners drive really nice. you are going to get spoiled. Careful on the mirrors... ask my wife about them....

She's a beaut, that's for sure!

Those mirrors, though, wouldn't of lasted through day 2 for me with my bus.

Depending on how I end up building it, I would love to switch it with a swivel seat

Does yours have the air ride seat? I find them a bit annoying, but think adding a shock absorber to it would dampen it nicely.

love the thomas HDX.. even air conditioned too! in my opinion these are about as close to a coach as you can get and still be a school bus.. many of these have air ride on all 4 corners..

definitely take your time to learn driving it.. those mirrors are awesome.. also pricey if you pop something with one too
